What’s included?

  • Daily Cool, Calm and Confident Challenges

    These are small, practical and tangible tasks for you to do daily to build confidence and connection from within. These will be emailed to you each day over the next 21days of the programme.

  • Three Downloadable Meditations

    Download and keep these meditations forever! They are between 3-7minutes in length so are the perfect amount of time to start your meditation practise if this is something new to you. There is a morning gratitude meditation, a longer meditation for any time of the day and another relaxing evening meditation. Use these meditations daily to help calm and ground yourself; and connect back inwards to your true self.

  • Cool, Calm and Confident Workbook

    This workbook is to help you get organised and set yourself up for success over this 21day programme. It’s got all the information, journal prompts, a checklist and some questions for you to answer before we kick off so that you’re really clear of your ‘why’ and intentions for this programme.

  • Journaling practise

    Journaling has been a game changer in my own life and for my clients and so I know you’ll learn to love this incredibly simple yet powerful tool. I have selected some of my favourite journal prompts to help you to connect back to your true self and foster that inner connection. Journaling can also be used to ‘brain dump’, gain clarity, process emotions and more.  

  • it’s all independent and in your own time

    You do you! This programme is self-paced and doesn’t require a lot of ‘extra time’ as I know you’re an ambitious go-getter and you’ve got stuff to do! But it’s packed with all the good stuff, cause I know you want results!

    I will be in your inbox each day with your new daily challenge and cheering you on! Aside from my daily emails with your new mini challenge for the day, this is all independent and self-paced. You also get to download and keep all of the resources provided in this programme, so you can always come back to these tools and practises any time you need.

When do I start?

As soon as you like! Just hit the ‘BUY NOW’ button below and I will email you the welcome video and all the goodies you need for the programme. I will then email you the following day with day one of the programme and your first daily challenge. So you’ll have the first day to download the meditations and workbook and set your intention for the programme. 

How much time do I need to set aside for this programme each day? 

I suggest 10-20minutes a daily. I designed this programme for busy people, because I know you have a lengthy to-do list and you want results fast! The daily confidence and connection challenges are small tasks or an intention to follow each day so they can easily fit in and around your other commitments. There are a couple of daily challenges that may require slightly more time and I have strategically placed these towards the end of the week so feel free to do these over the weekend or on a day you have more time. The meditations are short and the journaling can be as little as a few minutes or as long as you like. So on the days where you have more time on your hands you may want to set several journal prompts to work on, and other days perhaps just one is enough. 

What if I miss a day?

No worries, you have the programme for life - so keep the daily challenge emails, meditations and workbook and come back to it when you’re ready. I do however, encourage you to keep up with the daily challenges as much as possible as I know that you’ll feel so proud at the end of the 21days knowing that you showed up for yourself in the best way possible and created some excellent habits for life! 

What if I’ve never meditated before? I don’t even know how? 

Perfect, you are in exactly the right place! If you’re new to meditation or never meditated before, then the 3 guided meditations I have created for you in this programme are the perfect place to start! They are between 3-7minutes in length so you’ll never feel overwhelmed. Just pop in some headphones, find your favourite quiet spot to sit in the house (or outside), close your eyes and press play! Before you know it, you’ll be hooked! 

Do I need a journal?

Nope! You can journal on whatever you like! If you’re anything like me, then you’ll probably have a journal on the go (or several) so grab one and start writing! You can even use a piece of paper or refill pad. It really doesn’t matter what you journal on, the main thing is that you’re putting pen to paper. If you love pretty new journals, then of course, feel free to get a new one. But please don’t let this be the excuse to not start. I know it can be easy to want everything to be ‘perfect’ and ‘just so’ but really, the thing that’s going to actually make the change in your life, is showing up for yourself each day and taking action.
